Job Description

Role Overview :

***Looking who has Team Lead /Manager Experience***

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for production systems and applications.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or monitoring tools using PL/SQL and application logs.
• Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions or workarounds.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA to implement enhancements and bug fixes.
• Develop or modify PL/SQL scripts, procedures, triggers, and packages as part of ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions adhere to internal development and security standards.
• Participate in deployment activities including code migration and data patching.
• Document support issues, resolutions, enhancement requirements, and technical designs.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to performance tuning initiatives.
• Assist in continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

***Total 7-10years of Experience is required***

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development and application support.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle databases, PL/SQL coding, query optimization, and debugging.
• Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Ability to read and understand legacy code and complex stored procedures.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
