Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive Personality Development

    Location: Jankipuram, Lucknow
    Work Type: Work from Office
    Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Week Off)

     

    About the Role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-groomed Sales Executive for our Personality Development division based in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect confidently with clients. Candidates with prior experience in Edtech or a related field will be preferred.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reach out to potential clients and promote personality development programs.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects.
    • Counsel and guide students or professionals about suitable programs.
    • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients.
    • Coordinate with senior sales managers for closing leads and ensuring smooth onboarding.

     

    Requirements

    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
    • Education: Any graduate background.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
    • Personality: Well-groomed, confident, and good presentation skills.
    • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with 10-15 days notice period preferred.
    • Shift Timing:
      • USA Shifts: 8 PM to 6 AM IST (2 openings; 1 hour based on daylight savings)
      • India Shifts: 11 AM to 9 PM IST (3 openings)

     

    Interview Process

    1. Virtual Interview: Initial screening via video call.
    2. Video Submission:
      • Duration: 2.5-3 minutes
      • Content: Professional background, experience, and introduction
      • Guidelines:
        • White background
        • Formal/wellness dressing
        • Groomed appearance
        • Clear sound and video quality
    3. Final Round: Interview with the Senior Sales Manager
