Job Description
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Officers.
- Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, references, builders, and other channels.
- Ensure credit quality of sourced files meets the companys risk and underwriting parameters.
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved across product and geography.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and customer trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Handle customer queries, grievances, and documentation issues proactively.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and take corrective actions.
Key Requirements: - Education: Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in sales of LAP/Home Loans, preferably in NBFCs or banks.
- Knowledge of LAP underwriting and market dynamics is essential.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
