Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers regarding technical issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity problems

Provide step-by-step technical guidance and solutions to customers

Record and update customer details and resolutions accurately in the system

Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Job Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 2 years in Technical Support / Customer Support / Voice Process / BPO

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)

Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting

Comfortable working in rotational day shifts
