We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Pune and Bangalore  having experience into Service desk , techncial support / customer service , international voice , troubleshooting .

 

Exp: - 0 to 1 + years

Location: Pune / Bangalore

CTC: 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA 

Shifts : - Rotational (24 * 7 )

 

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
• Awareness of basic networking concepts, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN and technologies
• Provide basic and intermediate level troubleshooting, as needed, to support service desk tickets for associates
• Provide standard applications support for applications including but not limited to: Outlook email, MS suite, O365, Zoom, Jabber, Browsers, etc.
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously (23 or as per process).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build trust through effective communication.
• Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in any shifts including night shifts
