Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied medical claims

Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and billing discrepancies

Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and take appropriate action

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and claim updates

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 8 years in AR Calling / US Medical Billing / RCM

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
