Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual workload.
  • Employ MS Office tools to create manage and analyze reports supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery in the payer domain.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure service excellence.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback for service enhancement.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions for service improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on service optimization and innovation.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities to maintain productivity. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in UiPath for process automation and efficiency.
  • Exhibit strong command of MS Office for effective data management and reporting.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills with a focus on the payer domain.
  • Showcase ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
