Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts within the Premium Hub CoE RSD Unit
Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to customers in complex environments for specific fields/areas/solutions
Deliver remote Continuous Quality Check (CQC) services or Expert Guided Implementation services as technical/functional expert for broad area of topics
Collaborate with teams in other regions and/or functions across the globe
Actively provide customer feedback to development based on delivery
Support our customers in their transformation to S/4HANA (on premise or cloud) and/or to the Cloud
Be engaged on the latest technologies and SAP products
Be accountable for projects and services and deliver Enterprise Support services / projects
Develop new service contents, trainings, specifications and documentation
Find learning opportunities in daily tasks by staying curious and open to new experiences that will improve technical and functional knowledge.
Flexible to work in shift timings (12 9 PM, default) due to the geographical focus of the delivery team based out of Bangalore, India.
What you bring
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science (AI related curriculum), Physics, Maths, Engineering or similar
1-2.6 years of technology Experience in one of SAP cloud solutions, such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, & SAP Analytics Cloud/Datasphere (SAC).
Technology: ABAP / Netweaver (Basic to Advanced knowledge Performance Tuning skills with ABAP will be a plus)
Database/Application skills: S/4 HANA
Proficient English language skills
Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Strong customer-facing experience and business acumen
Proven knowledge about SAP Services & Support Portfoli
