What will your role look like

  • As a ServiceNow Test Manager/Coordinator, you will take ownership of all testing activities within our ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Youll be responsible for designing and implementing test strategies, managing testing teams, and ensuring the quality of ServiceNow solutions delivered across the organization.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding developers, project managers, and business stakeholdersyou will coordinate testing phases, report on progress, and contribute to continuous quality improvements using both manual and automated testing approaches.

We would like you to bring along

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Coordinator in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Ability to create test strategies and lead testing efforts across multiple teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile development frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Experience reporting test metrics and using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM).

Good-to-have skills

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, ATF).
  • ISTQB or other QA/testing certifications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience integrating third-party test automation tools with ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with risk-based testing and UAT coordination.
