Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modern data architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure data services and a strong understanding of Data Mesh principles, enabling decentralized data ownership and domain-driven design. This role will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise data strategy, optimizing data workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade data architectures using Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory).
• Lead the adoption and implementation of Data Mesh principles, including federated governance, domain-oriented data ownership, and self-serve data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data models, pipelines, and integration strategies.
• Establish data standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Architect solutions for real-time and batch data processing, supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to support evolving data needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.
