8+ years of financial service & regulatory program management experience.
Having worked on large data programs (ideally Banking). Candidate should be able to define & operationalize a set of RDAR metrics.
Ability to coordinate communications, training, change management, parallel runs & production cut-over.
Ability to lead complex and large programs which include dual shore mode diverse multiple stakeholders and overall team size ranging from 20-30 people.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, establish, and enforce project management standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the project.
Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Track project progress, monitor performance, and provide support to project managers and teams. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and reports on project status.
Play a key role in identifying, allocating, and managing resources.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
Strong communication and diverse stakeholder management experience.
PMP / Agile / Scrum certified candidates are preferred.
