 About The Role  
Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills :Guidewire ClaimCenter QA

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies. You will oversee the implementation of quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is thorough and effective throughout the application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement in quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines. - Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies.- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
