Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of food & beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Supervise staff performance, provide training where necessary, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
