As a Senior Manager, People you will act as a future-focused strategist and process transformation leader. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, design, and innovation not managing a team but leading the work to identify systemic issues, streamline delivery, and scale improvements across the People ecosystem. What You ll Do
- Work as a matrixed and cross-functional team member alongside the People Partner Lead and broader People Partner team ensuring seamless collaboration, shared goals, and aligned execution across the function.
- Incumbent will be responsible for supporting orgs, with teams in IDC having global and functional presence. Work with business leaders within a global, matrixed environment.
- Drive the people strategy for assigned business units, aligning local execution with global frameworks.
- Own day-to-day delivery of people operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, associate relations, and workforce planning. Collaborate seamlessly with US People Partners, COEs and stakeholders to own delivery of annual talent processes - including promotions, performance management, talent potential review & succession planning, with strong calibration, fairness, and data-backed insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for frontline managers, coaching them on effective people management and development conversations.
- Lead execution and change management of people initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement by surfacing feedback to Centres of Excellence (COEs) and contributing to the development of self-service tools and GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Champion engagement strategies by listening deeply to organizational sentiment and identifying manager capability gaps.
Who You Are
- A collaborative HR professional with a passion for operational excellence and enabling leaders with 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant time as an HRBP.
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Capability in org design, strategic associate and leadership connects, talent planning, performance management, and succession planning practices
- Skilled in coaching, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- A systems thinker who understands how people, process, and technology interact.
- Skilled at identifying root causes and building strategic yet practical solutions.
- A strong collaborator who can align across diverse stakeholders COEs, People Partners, tech teams.
- Passionate about improving the associate experience and unlocking capacity for people teams.
