The Associate - Patient Care will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to patients in a clinical setting. The associate will assist in various patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs, recording health information, and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring patient comfort, and adhering to the hospitals protocols and standards.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses and physicians.
- Assist in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support patient mobility and assistance with physical therapy when required.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide guidance and reassurance.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards of care. Skills and Tools Required:
