Job Description:

We are hiring for Insurance Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process with one of the leading global service providers. This is a voice-based customer support role for experienced professionals with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle queries in a high-paced environment.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
  • Willingness to work in US rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners only

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound international customer calls
  • Resolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to SLA, quality, and compliance standards
  • Update CRM systems with accurate interaction records
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and solutions
