Shifts: 24x7 Rotational

Education: Graduate
Contract: Permanent

Role Overview:


Join Teleperformance to support a US-based insurance process. Handle customer queries via non-voice channels, process applications, and ensure high satisfaction with professional communication.


Must-Haves:


  • 1+ year in International Customer Support or Banking
  • Excellent English (written & verbal)
  • Typing speed: 35 WPM
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts

Good to Have:


  • Insurance/Underwriting experience
  • Quick navigation & web research skills
  • Team-oriented & resilient attitude
