Role: Bank On-Roll Digital Sales Officer E-Channel (ICICI Lombard)


Employment Type: Full-time | Directly on Banks Payroll

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai


About the Role:

The E-Channel (Digital Sales) role involves engaging with potential customers through digital and telephonic channels to promote and sell the banks financial products. The position requires individuals who are proactive, target-oriented, and have strong communication and persuasion skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales performance, meeting assigned targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound sales calls and engage with customers through digital platforms.
  • Promote and sell bank products and services such as credit cards, loans, or insurance.
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve sales techniques and performance.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong sales orientation with persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation (in any discipline) is mandatory.

Experience:

  • Freshers: Welcome to apply (sales inclination preferred).
  • Experienced: 02 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or financial product sales preferred.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech domains will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (rotational shifts)
  • Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs; Saturday and Sunday not fixed)

Compensation:

  • For Freshers: 2.10 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
  • For Experienced Candidates: 2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives (potential in-hand earnings up to 27,000)
