Job Description
Role: Bank On-Roll Digital Sales Officer E-Channel (ICICI Lombard)
Employment Type: Full-time | Directly on Banks Payroll
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
About the Role:
The E-Channel (Digital Sales) role involves engaging with potential customers through digital and telephonic channels to promote and sell the banks financial products. The position requires individuals who are proactive, target-oriented, and have strong communication and persuasion skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales performance, meeting assigned targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls and engage with customers through digital platforms.
- Promote and sell bank products and services such as credit cards, loans, or insurance.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain performance standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve sales techniques and performance.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong sales orientation with persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation (in any discipline) is mandatory.
Experience:
- Freshers: Welcome to apply (sales inclination preferred).
- Experienced: 02 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or financial product sales preferred.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech domains will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule:
- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (rotational shifts)
- Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs; Saturday and Sunday not fixed)
Compensation:
- For Freshers: 2.10 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
- For Experienced Candidates: 2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives (potential in-hand earnings up to 27,000)
