Job Description Junior HR Partner / Talent Acquisition Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our HR team at Hireworks.
This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, candidate coordination, and people management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential candidates through online platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist in onboarding and other HR support functions.
- Contribute to team goals and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR domain (Freshers can apply).
- Strong interest in human resources and people engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Salary: 14,000 - 22,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
