Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of AI models, focusing on Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). As an AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing cutting-edge AI systems to meet specific use cases. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to ensure our AI models are robust, ethical, and deliver exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and Fine-Tuning Models
- Design, train, and fine-tune Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) for specific tasks and domains.
- Develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms to improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Utilize transfer learning, reinforcement learning, and other advanced techniques to enhance AI capabilities.
- Data Management
- Curate, preprocess, and annotate large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Identify and mitigate data biases and ensure diversity in training datasets.
- Implement data augmentation techniques to improve model robustness.
- Model Evaluation and Testing
- Conduct rigorous testing and benchmarking of AI models to ensure quality, fairness, and accuracy.
- Develop evaluation metrics and frameworks for assessing model performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot models to resolve performance issues.
- Collaboration and Research
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in AI, ML, and DL, and apply innovative techniques to projects.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ethics and Compliance
- Ensure AI models adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Identify and address risks such as model bias, hallucination, and misuse.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
- Document workflows, experiments, and results for reproducibility and transparency.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on AI/ML/DL topics.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL model development and training.
- Proven expertise in training and fine-tuning Generative AI models like GPT, BERT, or similar.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of ML/DL algorithms, neural networks, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning is a plus.

- Experience with Generative AI deployment in real-world applications.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and techniques to mitigate biases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
