Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Configure and support Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
Perform application packaging and deployment using tools like SCCM, Intune, or other enterprise solutions.
Administer and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory including user provisioning, role assignments, and conditional access policies.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Implement security best practices and perform regular patching and updates.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members
Preferred candidate profile
6 years of experience in Windows system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
Proficiency in application packaging and deployment.
Hands-on experience with Azure AD and hybrid identity setups.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Good grasp of networking fundamentals and security protocols.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
