Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design cloud-native, real-time architecture integrating on-prem systems (PI, IOW, LIMS, APM, ERP).
- Architect MCP microservices per source with standardized APIs and event schemas.
- Implement event-driven core using Pub/Sub or Kafka with reliability and replay strategies.
- Lead GenAI agents: Data Analysis, Knowledge (RAG), Expert Feedback, and Orchestrator.
- Choose and implement vector search (pgvector, Vertex AI Matching Engine, etc.).
- Enforce security: IAM, VPC, CMEK, audit logs, DLP, and SSO.
- Define integration workflows (e.g., IOW RBI handoffs, ERP actions).
- Drive observability (metrics, logs, SLOs) and cost modeling.
- Guide delivery: architecture docs, developer mentoring, SME collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in distributed systems/AI architecture; 3+ years on GCP.
- Expertise in GCP services, event-driven design, and microservices (Cloud Run/GKE).
- Hands-on with GenAI, RAG, embeddings, and LLM integration (OpenAI, Vertex AI).
- Experience with MCP-style adapters and industrial systems (PI, LIMS, APM, ERP).
- Strong security, compliance, and stakeholder communication skills.
