Job Description
Role: CyberArk Architect
Work Model- Hybrid,
Work Location: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai
Required Skills:
- 7+ years hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM (Privilege Cloud Identity Platform ISPSS)
o Unix/Linux background strongly preferred (sudo, SSH, PAM integration, account lifecycle).o Strong skills in Conjur Edge Server Upgrade, Configuration, Secret Management
o Preferably must have Implemented and maintained SCA for privileged access to cloud consoles (Azure, AWS, GCP), including policies, target mappings, and session controls.
o Solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory / Entra ID.
o Develop and maintain automation using REST APIs, CCP, Credential Provider, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and/or other scripting languages.
o Integrate CyberArk with IDPs and IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, etc.) and CI/CD / DevOps toolchains (e.g., Conjur-based secrets for apps, containers, and pipelines).
o Experience with Engineering and supporting SIA for agentless access to Windows/Linux and cloud workloads, including connectors, network pools, identifier pools, and ZSP/strong account patterns.
o CPM/PSM Custom plugin development is a plus
o Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
o Ability to work cross-functionally with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
o Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and leading technical workstreams.
Working knowledge and delivery experience with:
- CyberArk Identity ISPSS
Conjur Secrets Management
Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
Web Password Manager (WPM)
Vendor PAM / Remote Access
Preferred:
- CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, CDE, Conjur, Cloud/ISPSS, etc.).
- Security/IAM certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CEH, Azure/AWS security certs).
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, pharma, etc.).
