Responsibilities
Provide real-time chat support to international customers.
Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on product information and company policies.
Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
Contribute to improving chat support processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High level of empathy and patience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
