JOB DESCRIPTION:

Process/Function Details:
Chat process (Good comms).
Typing Speed 32WPM&95%.
Queries to handle over multiple chats - Accounts and Billing, Troubleshooting.
Any Flexibility Required Candidates should be comfortable with Night shifts
Work Mode: (Work from Office or Hybrid) Work from Office
Shift Timings: US shifts 5:30pm, 11:30 pm last shifts
Weekly Offs: Rotational off consecutive 2 days
Graduation is mandatory
only immediate joiners
