About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive / Inside Sales professionals. This role involves engaging with potential patients/customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the available services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/patients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Present the available services clearly and effectively.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.

• Convert leads by highlighting the value and benefits of the services.

• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on services, processes, and promotions.

• Meet individual and team targets for conversions.
