Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using GoLang and gRPC.
- Build and integrate microservices and APIs with internal and external systems.
- Implement secure communication and data serialization using Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and Cloud teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release cycles.
(Optional) Contribute to frontend development using React.js or Svelte for micro frontends or internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years Java experience (server side) on Linux/Unix/WindowsStrong proficiency in GoLang and experience with gRPC.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
- Experience with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) for data serialization
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- (Optional) Exposure to frontend technologies like React.js or Svelte
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Telecom or enterprise-scale environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
