Job Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design leveraging Financial Services Operations (FSO) and App Engine Studio.
• Define scalable, reusable architectures for automation, data validation, and integrations (Fiserv, Verafin, DocuSign, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with functional and technical requirements.
• Oversee platform performance, data integrity, and governance compliance.
• Support agile sprint reviews and client workshops.

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Proven experience with FSO, App Engine, and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of financial operations workflows and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
