We are hiring Business Development Executives for a leading online cosmetic & beauty products store. This role involves local market visits, sales meetings, and driving product visibility for Retail Super Store in the Andhra Pradesh region.
Develop leads through market visits, provided data, and personal references.
Meet and engage with Distributors, Retailers, and Vendors to present products, conduct sampling, and promote offerings.
Execute focus product initiatives and ensure timely closures.
Support retailers and distributors with business development activities.
Track and report monthly sales performance and initiatives.
Graduate (Freshers and up to 11 months of sales experience can apply).
Must be a local resident of above locations (within 20 km of the store).
Personal two-wheeler (bike preferred) is mandatory.
Candidates with knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics market will be preferred.
Male candidates are preferred for this role.
Fixed salary of 16,000 (in-hand).
Daily TA/DA allowance of 200.
Lucrative incentive structure on performance.
