Job Title: HR Recruiter (Females Only)

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad Work From Office

Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate [MBA BBA Preffered]

Experience: Freshers to 2 years (non-IT recruitment preferred)

Salary Package

• Freshers: 18,000 take-home
  
• Experienced (Non-IT Recruitment BPO/KPO/Healthcare/Sales): 25,000 take-home
  
• Additional: Attractive Incentives + Early Logouts
  

Key Responsibilities

• Source & screen candidates via job portals & references
  
• Conduct initial HR screenings & coordinate interviews
  
• Build professional relationships with candidates & ensure smooth hiring process
  
• Work towards recruitment targets & team success
  
• Maintain proper recruitment trackers & reports
  

Requirements

• Excellent English communication (both spoken & written)
  
• Fluency & confidence in English is mandatory
  
• Active, professional & career-oriented personality
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, job portals)
  
• Strong interpersonal & convincing skills
