Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Admin to manage attendance systems, biometric registration, onboarding, and vendor relations. The role involves maintaining attendance records, troubleshooting biometric systems, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain employee attendance records.
Administer biometric attendance systems and resolve technical issues.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Coordinate with vendors for attendance and biometric system maintenance.
Generate and maintain reports on attendance, biometric data, and vendor performance.
