Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Chennai

About Us:

Kshipra Health Solutions is a fast-growing healthcare company committed to improving access to quality medicines and healthcare products. We are expanding our field force and looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Medical Representatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Provide accurate information about products and answer any related queries.

Maintain records of daily activities, sales reports, and customer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc (Chemistry, Biology, Botany).

Experience: Freshers are welcome.

Other Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 25,000 per month

Allowances: Petrol Allowance + Attractive Incentives based on performance
