Job Title: Senior Associate Engineer - Manufacturing

As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You will Do:

• Ensure compliance with environmental policies including hazardous waste management regulations.
• Continually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within cell/area.
• Interaction with Customer/counterpart on technical issues, projects on weekly basis
• Day today interaction with inter-departments such as EHS, Finance, Design, stores, planning etc
• Ready to work in around the clock shift operations.
• Investigate production technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions using Root cause analysis.
• Provide technical support for safety and ergonomics within the area.
• Execute, coordinate and manage new product transition schedule activities with minimal supervision

Qualifications You must have:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing engineering or Electro Mechanical.

Work Shift Timings:

All 5 days onsite ( Monday to Friday)

Work Location : Collins Aerospace - KIADB Aerospace Park , B.Marenahalli, Devanahalli , Karnataka 562165
