About the JobThe MIS Analyst is an integral role within Global Service Desk and is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports, G-Suite/Excel reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams.This role is a part of Global Service Desk and supports in collecting and analyzing data sets using G Suite or Microsoft Excel The ideal candidate will play an important role in helping the organization meet its strategic goals through providing direction and guidance concerning information processes and security of data.
As MIS Analyst, You Will Responsible for collecting and analyzing data sets using G-suite tools or Microsoft ExcelProactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for preparation of MIS reportsUnderstand process, delivery and operations managementAnalyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestionsPrepare ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholdersApart from reporting tasks, the MIS Analyst will work with other functions to assist in maintaining the trackers to smoothen the reporting partIdentify opportunities for automating the reports, snapshots and dashboardsMake reports contextual and provide information based on target audienceEnsure on-time and accurate delivery of reports, analysis and service requestsContinually monitor trends, performance and assist managers in making process improvementsBe able to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various daily/weekly/monthly MIS reportsEnsure individual and process-wide performance data is captured and provide operational metrics to management as requiredPrepare dashboard and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis As MIS Analyst, You Have Post-secondary diploma or degree (Masters is a plus)Knowledge of data analytics and data modeling Knowledge of VBA & SQL is requiredAdvanced G-Suite Excel skills, BI tools, creating formulas, vlook up, and dashboard reports3-5 years of MIS/Analysis/Dashboard building experienceMust have 3-6 years of reporting experienceAdditional Tableau/BI certifications is a plusSuperior attention to detail and strong data orientationPossess the ability to adapt well and learn new tools/ techniques quicklyAbility to work with a diverse range of requirementsPossess strong problem solving and reasoning abilitiesStrong ability in automating repetitive tasksGood logical reasoning with the ability to analyze and process large scale informationExceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and decision-making abilitiesProven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organizationAbility to plan, organize, and manage a variable workload and meet schedules with accurate resultsInnovative thinker with ability to drive change and effectiveness through automation and process excellenceAbility to work well independently in a team environment, be self-motivated and multi task while achieving expectationsAvailability to work night shifts to align with US or UK clients
