Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Axiom Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with Luxoft India LLP.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using Axiom tools.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Experience working with Axiom tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
