Position: GM Quality Assurance, North Reporting to: General Manager Location: New Delhi, Rajouri GardenKey Responsibilities:
Clinical Outcomes Focus:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and sustain dialysis adequacy (Kt/V, CBV, URR targets) across all centers.
Implement strategies to increase dialysis frequency through structured patient and center-level interventions.
Patient Education Programs:
Plan, organize, and conduct regular patient education programs across the zone to improve patient awareness and compliance.
Governance and Reporting:
Prepare and submit monthly Governance Review Data (Clinical) to senior leadership.
Hiring and Manpower Management:
Conduct interviews for hiring of clinical staff (nurses, technicians, and other support roles).
Work closely with the HR team for continuous support and coordination in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Perform periodic manpower analysis based on center utilization data and recommend staffing additions or rationalizations as needed.
Center Visits and Audits:
Conduct random center visits across the zone to monitor clinical practices, adherence to SOPs, and operational issues.
Ensure successful completion of government regulatory audits by maintaining all documentation, practices, and records as per regulatory requirements.
Training and Development:
Design, develop, and conduct regular clinical training programs (including creating training PPTs and content) for all clinical teams.
Monitor training effectiveness and ensure knowledge implementation at the center level.
SOP Implementation and Monitoring:
Ensure uniform implementation of clinical SOPs across all centers.
Regularly monitor compliance to SOPs and take corrective actions where deviations are observed.
Clinical Team Management:
Act as the first point of escalation for clinical team issues and coordinate with HR for resolution of grievances or operational challenges.
Meetings and Reviews:
Conduct regular team meetings with Clinical Heads/Nursing Heads.
Lead Monthly Clinical Review Meetings to assess performance, discuss challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Collect, analyse, and submit monthly clinical data in a structured format to senior management.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth understanding of dialysis clinical operations and patient care protocols.
Knowledge of government regulations, NABH standards (preferred), and regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple centers and teams across a wide geographical zone.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned zone.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
More than 10 years of experience
Should have experience in dialysis
