Talent Management Executive @ Datamatics

Job Description

Datamatics is hiring for people-oriented Talent Management Executive to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will assist in implementing employee engagement programs, performance management processes and talent retention strategies.

Responsibility:

• Primary Contact for core Talent Management initiatives (on role, skills, competencies, and career mapping & planning) and HRMS platform Map, monitor, track, resolve queries, and report on to aid employee growth and development.
• Assist in driving and capturing structured development discussions for key talent.
• Support towards designing and driving robust communication campaigns and collaterals to enhance awareness of HR policies and processes amongst stakeholders and employees, as needed.

Requirement :

• Completed graduation
• Experience in Talent Management Role - skills, competencies, and career mapping & planning, aspects of PMS
• Involved in HR policies and processes
• Involved in Employer branding, Diversity and CSR initiatives.

Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Only Mumbai base candidates preferred. And someone who can join in one month.
