• UiPath Expertise
• End-to-end development using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant
• Experience with Attended and Unattended automation
• Proficiency in workflow design, custom activities, and library components
• OCR technologies: Google OCR, Microsoft OCR
• Screen scraping techniques and selectors
• Automation of Web portals, Excel, PDF, Mainframe, and Citrix environments
• Solution Design & Documentation
• Creation and management of Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Framework development for automation scripting-based processes
• Documentation of solutions and adherence to CoE standards
• Deployment & Maintenance
• Experience in staging, testing, and production deployment
• Configuration and maintenance of UiPath environments
• Upgrades and platform component integration
• Architecture & Infrastructure Awareness
• Understanding of automation architecture, infrastructure, and scalability
• Knowledge of performance, auditability, and maintainability considerations
• Intelligent Automation & Innovation
  
• Experience with AI integration into RPA
• Ability to identify out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem
• Hands-on with Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and innovation initiatives
