Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls
Handle customer queries related to products/services offered by Accenture.
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (International Voice Process).
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international customers effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
Graduation from any stream with good English language proficiency.
