Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to internal or external clients by resolving queries, complaints, and issues related to their travel arrangements.
  • Issue Resolution: Address travel-related problems, such as flight cancellations, delays, changes, and rebooking issues, ensuring minimal disruption for travelers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with airlines,to manage bookings and resolve discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Records: Handle all necessary documentation, maintain accurate records of transactions and calls, and update travel-related databases.
  • Payment & Billing: Process payments and take care of billing and forex requirements as needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Keep track of travel expenses and budgets, and contribute to reporting efforts by documenting and organizing travel-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and articulation skills are essential for handling client interactions effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and a strong understanding of travel booking processes are often required.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and offer effective solutions to complex travel issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in domestic and international travel, including booking flights,

Salary Up to 30 CTC Per Month (Annual Package of 3,60 000)
