Top Skills Required:

1. Card Domain Expertise essential for supporting debit and credit card systems
2. SQL Proficiency for data extraction, analysis, and issue resolution
3. API Handling for troubleshooting and maintaining integrations with downstream systems
4. Experience in Production Support including RTB activities
5. Knowledge of Java beneficial for platform enhancements

Role & responsibilities

• Provide production support and manage Run-The-Business (RTB) activities for card technology systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL queries and API integrations
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless support coverage
• Participate in migration projects from mainframe to distributed systems
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in card domain experience
• Experience with Vision Plus or Power Card platforms is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and API handling is required
• Background in production support and RTB activities is valued
• Experience in migration projects from mainframe to distributed systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of Java
