Aws Devops Engineer- Bangalore/pune/hyderabad/bbsr/chennai/kochi @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain AWS Lambda-based microservices exposed via API Gateway.

Build and manage all infrastructure using Terraform as the single source of truth for AWS provisioning.

Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated code deployment, testing, and environment provisioning.

Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, including metric filters and alarms.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate infrastructure automation into application workflows.

Ensure high availability, performance, and security across cloud environments.

Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis and performance tuning.

Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure configurations and DevOps processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 + Experience in a DevOps role with hands-on AWS experience.

Expertise in Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure as code.

Proficient in building serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

Strong knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD practices.

Advanced skills with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).

Strong Git workflow knowledge and source code management practices.

Solid understanding of AWS IAM, networking, and security principles.
