    Position Summary

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Team Lead to join our healthcare sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading a high-performing sales team focused on corporate clients within the healthcare sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive sales growth, develop effective sales strategies, and build lasting relationships with key corporate healthcare clients.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to healthcare corporate clients including hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

    • Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and expand the client base.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, corporate health buyers, and senior executives.

    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and increase customer satisfaction.

    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals with corporate clients.

    • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies during all sales processes.

    • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and reporting to senior management.

    • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and training to sales team members.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.

    • 5 to 7+ years of experience in corporate sales within the healthcare industry.

    • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and regulatory environment.

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Experience working with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
