Experience: 2+ Years (Compulsory in IT Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Development, Infrastructure, Data, etc.)

• Lead full-cycle hiring for mid to senior-level IT positions

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche skill sets

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates

• Manage Statutory Compliance, ESI & PF

• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives

• Handle HR Operations, Induction & Orientation, and Onboarding & Offboarding

• Support HR Policy Framing and Employee Relations

• Maintain accurate employee database and HR records

• Oversee data management and compliance processes
