Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager, VBA Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in developing VBA Macros and working on advanced Excel functions such as V Lookup, H Lookup, and Pivot tables. Your proficiency in programming VBA Macros, along with a strong knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting functions and exposure to ERP systems like SAP/ORACLE, will be essential for this role. You should also possess the ability to handle errors, utilize debugging techniques, conduct risk assessments, and deploy macros in the existing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate good technical knowledge of VBAs, Macros, and MS Office skills to identify and drive automation opportunities - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the operations team in macros analysis, development, testing, and modification - Conduct risk assessments for macro deployment considering security and company/client policies - Prepare contingency plans in case of macro failures - Collaborate with teams/stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and drive lean/VBA-based efficiencies - Engage with different regions and work streams to proactively collaborate in order to drive Quality Process Audits (QPAs) - Work under the mentorship of the Continuous Improvement Lead to implement small/big automations - Apply logical reasoning and good decision-making abilities to solve problems effectively **Qualifications:** - **Minimum Qualification:** Graduate in any discipline with relevant knowledge of Visual Basics Applications and development - **Preferred Qualification:** Proficient expertise in VBA, Macro, and Automations; Knowledge of Finance and Accounting domain would be an added advantage - Relevant experience working for multinational corporations and international clients,
