Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies for improved efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Healthcare, Management, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/team-handling role.
- Industry Background: Candidates from banking or retail sectors preferred.
