Department: Secured Loans Loan Against Property (LAP)


Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager Prime LAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality LAP business from Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), achieving monthly disbursement targets, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing.


Key Responsibilities:


• 
  

Source Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) cases through DSA and channel partners.



• 
  

Identify, empanel, and manage productive DSA relationships.



• 
  

Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and login targets.



• 
  

Ensure credit quality and compliance with company policy and RBI regulations.



• 
  

Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for file processing.



• 
  

Drive sales campaigns, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.



• 
  

Conduct DSA training and engagement activities to improve productivity.



Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 36 years in LAP (Prime) sales via DSA/channel route



• 
  

Industry: NBFC / Housing Finance / Bank
