Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of service delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Oversee client management, including building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure seamless escalation management by identifying potential issues early on and implementing corrective actions to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in IT service delivery processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in Service Delivery Management (SDMs) or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Client Management principles and practices.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP BI/HANA or other relevant technologies.
