We are hiring Solution Architect who can join us in short notice.
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Mumbai
Notice: 0 to 45 days
Role
Lead Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-level technology solutions, aligning them with business objectives. Key duties include leading technical strategy, mentoring development teams, performing architectural reviews, and liaising between business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into technical blueprints. This role requires deep expertise in areas like cloud computing, microservices, and security, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibility
- Technical leadership: Define the target state architecture for products, lead the evaluation of new technologies, and ensure technical solutions align with both business needs and architectural principles.
- Solution design: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems, frameworks, and enterprise-level software solutions, often leveraging modern architectures like microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Stakeholder engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and vendors, gathering requirements and communicating technical specifications and feasibility.
- Mentorship and guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to development teams on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Quality assurance: Conduct architectural and code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and high-quality production code.
- Automation and stability: Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve the operational stability of systems, often by adopting a "shift-left" and "shift-right" automation mindset.
Skills
Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms and container technology such as docker, OpenShift and Kubernetes. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring, Apache Camel), and databases (e.g., Oracle) is crucial. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and related tools is also necessary.
