Job Description
Position: Oracle Tech Lead Financials & Procurement
Experience: 515 years
Location: Gurgaon
Department: IT Applications Support
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), primarily across Financials and with exposure to Procurement modules. The role involves leading technical design, customization, integrations, and support activities, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, development, and customization of Oracle Financials modules AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management and support Oracle Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, Contracts, Sourcing, GRN).
- Build and maintain custom extensions, reports, and integrations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, and OIC.
- Design and manage integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
- Develop and automate financial and procurement reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), maintain data security and audit trails, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Troubleshoot system and performance issues; ensure smooth upgrades and technical support.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Document configurations, workflows, and customizations; share best practices and conduct internal training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 515 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion / EBS Financials; exposure to Procurement preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Forms, OIC, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and procurement workflows.
- Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
